Welcome To The Visitor Center

 
The Saratoga Springs Heritage Area Visitor Center is the gateway to the city for both residents and visitors. At the Visitor Center, you'll find a friendly staff to answer questions, provide referrals, and share a wealth of knowledge. You'll find all kinds of travel information and information about city resources and attractions. Located in a beautiful historic Beaux Art style building at 297 Broadway, across from Congress Park, the Visitor Center includes a gift shop, and much more.

Visitors and residents alike are amazed by the wealth of information about the city and the surrounding region, including attractions, history, cultural resources, horse racing, parks, and much more. Looking for information about local family heritage? The Visitor Center can help! Community Embrace a sense of community by joining friends, family, and others who share an enthusiasm for Saratoga Springs' special cultural and historical heritage. Enjoy a picnic with friends in the picnic area behind the Visitor Center. Hold a meeting or reception in the elegant historic meeting room at the Visitor Center, formerly a trolley station diner, with an adjoining kitchen area.
Discovery Discover the city's heritage through historical exhibits and educational programs. Discover local artists at the Visitor Center Gallery. SARATOGA SPRINGS HERITAGE AREA
The presence of natural mineral springs led to the rise of this elegant spa resort in the 19th-century. Today, the Saratoga Springs Heritage Area encompasses bubbling springs, the Saratoga Spa State Park, and eight historic districts, and is sought after year-round for its Victorian architecture, vibrant downtown and flourishing cultural life.

Racing season may be short, but the Visitor Center is open all year round.
VISITOR CENTER HOURS
Open daily from 9 am to 4 pm except for December through March, when it is closed on Sundays. Join friends, family, racing enthusiasts, history buffs, art and music enthusiasts and all the rest at the Saratoga Springs Visitor Center.
